RushMoney, operating the RushMoney brand, is a technology platform acting as a Lending Service Provider. It is not a bank, and it is not a non-banking financial company. It does not accept deposits and does not lend on its own account.

All loans referenced on this website are sanctioned, underwritten and disbursed by RBI-registered non-banking financial companies. The loan agreement is between you and that lender. The lender alone is responsible for the credit decision and for the terms it offers.

Loan amounts, interest rates, tenures, fees, repayment figures, calculator outputs and worked examples shown on this website are illustrative and indicative only. They do not constitute an offer of credit.

Your actual eligibility, sanctioned amount, rate and charges are determined by the lending partner's credit assessment and will be set out in your Key Fact Statement and loan agreement. Where any figure on this website differs from your executed loan agreement, the loan agreement prevails.

4. No guarantee of approval

Meeting the published eligibility criteria allows you to apply. It does not guarantee approval, a particular loan amount, or any particular terms. Applications may be declined without a detailed reason being given, at the sole discretion of the lending partner.

5. Accuracy of content

We take reasonable care to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but we make no representation or warranty as to its completeness, accuracy, reliability or suitability for any purpose. Content may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice. We accept no liability for any loss arising from reliance on it.

6. Availability

We do not warrant that this website will be available without interruption, free of errors or free of harmful components. Access may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades or reasons beyond our control.

8. Fraud warning

RushMoney will never:

• Ask you to pay a fee, deposit, "processing charge", "insurance", "GST clearance" or any other amount to an individual's bank account, UPI ID or wallet in order to release a loan.
• Ask you to share an OTP, PIN, password, CVV or full card number with our staff.
• Contact you from a personal phone number or personal email address to demand payment.

Any such request is fraudulent, regardless of what documents, logos or identity cards are shown to you. Do not pay. Report it immediately to hello@rushmoney.in, and to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in or by calling 1930.

9. Borrow responsibly

Credit is a commitment, not income. Borrow only what you genuinely need and only what you are confident you can repay on the due date. Late or missed repayments attract charges, are reported to credit information companies, and can make future borrowing harder and more expensive. If you are already finding existing debt difficult to manage, taking on additional credit is unlikely to help — consider speaking to a qualified financial counsellor first.
